You may return unworn items with original tags and packaging within 21 days of delivery—significantly longer than typical retail policies. For exchanges, we allow 30 days to account for international shipping variations while maintaining our commitment to quality. Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are excluded from this policy, as indicated during purchase.
To maintain our standards of cleanliness and presentation, returned items must: (1) Show absolutely no signs of wear, odors, or stains (2) Include all original packaging, tags, and protective covers (3) Have all security features intact. Our quality team conducts comprehensive inspections upon receipt. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you at your expense within 10 business days, accompanied by a detailed inspection report explaining the findings.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify your return—this extended timeframe ensures each item meets our quality standards before completing the refund. The refund amount excludes original shipping charges and any return shipping costs you incur. For payments made through PayPal or credit cards, please allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item shipment). We strongly recommend using insured, tracked shipping methods—StreetMode cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. For exchange orders exceeding $300 in value, we provide prepaid shipping labels for your convenience (deducted from your refund if the label goes unused).

We will arrange free return shipping and prioritize your replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
