We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Information

We accept exchanges without any specific reason within 14 days of receipt.
Exchange Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging.
Please follow the email instructions to return your item to the provided address.
Once the returned item is inspected, a replacement item of equal value will be sent to you.

Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Only one exchange is allowed per order. Customers can opt for either one exchange or a full refund.
